I'm in the same situation.
I just put the inside seam tape on last week-end on my Spring Run. I put the outside seam tape on one side last night.
I still need to make and install hooks to the hatches, buy and install foot braces, build and install bulkheads and make a seat. I'm not going to worry about varnish yet but would like to get a couple coats on before I leave. I think I better just wait on the varnish. I'll probably still be putting epoxy on one week before I leave.
