Instead of buying Blooxgen, I use dry ice. As dry ice (Solid CO2) evaporates, it expels oxgen because O2 is lighter than CO2. I did not just drop the dry ice in the can; instaed, I put dry ice inside a balloon and let the open end hang over the partially openned varnish can lid.
You may be able to get dry ice if you know someone who works in lab, hopital or ice cream bussiness. Well, you may want to check the phone book, too.
