Hi Rick,

I e-mailed the seller of the Yakima Kayak Saddles asking him the size pipe they would fit on and he said that Yakima bars were 1 1/8" in dia. I then went out looking at pipe of all kinds and could only find one piping with a dia that fit and that was the conduit. That is why I am excited with the idea bill has.
