curvature - oversizing or bitter pain

from some(bitter) experience in another but similar situation, wherever you wish to continue curvature to the end point of a pc of wood, you must cut the wood longer in order to keep the curvature going to the edge. like how do you continue curvature in the last 2 inches say of ply or 3-4inches in a strip if they are cut exactly to length. (read tears here)

since the decks of clcs curve to the side, cutting oversize with an overhang will assist big time in set up. trim after attaching.
