Try using a clothes iron on a wet cloth, which is placed over the strip you want to move. You can usually buy an inexpensive iron (under $15) at large discount stores, or at almost any garage sale for under $5. If you hit a garage sale that doesn't have an iron, ask if they have one in the house that they might wish to sell. :)
