glass cloth unravelling

I glassed the hull of my boat last night. I put the second piece of glass between the chines and have an awful lot of fibers that pulled away from the cloth. Mostly is not really noticeable but there are some areas that don't look great. As the epoxy was setting I went back and snipped off the worst offenders. Is there anything I can do now to improve the lok? As an after thought I think it would have been best to use two ful pieces for the hull covering the whole hull , sheer to sheer.
