Check with the experts like Tony suggested... My friend got sensitized to epoxy on our first project. The dust and shavings are worse than the fumes. He got an uncomfortable dermatitis on his arms after sanding. You can imagine how the dust might inflame your insides. Once you are sensitized then you can barely walk into a dusty room without getting itchy.

Basic ventilation and respirator are adequate for fumes. You can also get Tyvek sleeves to protect your arms.
