I've got an older glass WW boat that I use on the class 2 or less rivers. Its not too badly scratched up. But take a look at the bottoms and sides of plastic WW boats in your area. You'll be blown away by the deep gouges and scratches in the bottom. Deeper rivers and an experienced WW kayaker ya go for it. Shallow rivers, mmm... maybe not.
