For those who are waiting for the grand finale, well ... Project X is stuck in UPS hell (yes, Rehd, I should of gone the other way :-). The polyester I ordered from G. Dyson had an errant zip code and went from Seattle to Portland to Boise and then back to Seattle where its been hanging around for 4 days now. They do say it's rescheduled for delivery, so I'll keep waiting (Yes, I have called :-)

In the mean time, I managed to apply 5 strand kevlar roving to the hull using Heat-N-Bond tape. The tape works really well (and is cheap). Might be a good replacement for staples on all those Wallys. The kevlar ends up in a 1/4" band when flattened. Probably over kill. The 2 strand may have been sufficient. Oh well, there's always those strip builts that need finishing .
