End Pour Technique

Just a quick note about how I did my end pours. Rather than doing the bucket on a string method I had a piece of plastic tubing laying around, it needs to be long enough to go from the end to out of the hatch. I think it was 3/4" but if you have thin epoxy 1/2" would work fine. I put the end of the boat on the floor, deck side down, and tied the stern to the garage ceiling, ended up with about a 45 degree angle at most. I inserted the tube to the end of the boat and inserted a funnel in the end sticking out the hatch. I used Raka epoxy which is quite thin. I just mixed up a batch and poured it through the funnel. No drips, no balancing act, no problem.
