North Star ready for glassing *Pic*

Well,
I never thought I would get this far but the hull is finally ready for glassing. I have one question regarding the temp. While I can get the temp up in the garage suitable to glass and know it should be done while falling what happen if the temp should drop too low overnight and it doesn't quite cure.(Garage doesn't hold temp well overnight) If you then raise the temp to finish the cure and warm up for the first fill coat, would it cause gas out? I have built a test panel for a bulkhead and hope to try glassing this weekend. Thanks
