Where can I buy a seat and a rudder.

Does anybody know where to buy a seat,rudder and footbrace that is suitable for a 17'x21" Guillemot.I am looking for a supplier and the type I can use for the the kayak I am working on.I have tried different suppliers here in Norway without success.
