Alright!!! who mixed the Expanding Foam into my Marshmellow Cream?? Boy, try to do one thing right and......... Eeee-gaaddsss!! This thing is still ooozing. Out of 4 cakes I baked and decorated for V-Day, this one I NEEDED to be perfect. Ha!! So much for my needs. Ya suppose I could pass it off as Art?? Well, I guess it's back to something I CAN do.

The cake is/was a 4 layer, strawberry swirl with filling one being Cheese-Cake, filling two being marshmellow Cream and filling three again being Cheese-Cake. Then, My Wedding Cake Icing around the outside and the trim. Then it all went wrong..... The extra M.C. was mixed with a teaspoon of Strawberry Jello and put away in the frige to keep till I was ready for it. When I took it out to float on top of the cake, inside the top border it was too firm. So, I stuck it in the micro-wave for around 20 seconds and then poured it over the top. Wow!! It looked great, then......... as I was making the roses and putting them on, the M.C./J mix started ooozing over the edges. And oozing, and oozing. ???? Hey, a little drizzle would have looked good, but....... I had to stick it in the frige to get it to stop. I wonder if that stuff floats?? Hmmmmm!!

It'll be interesting to see of I can " B-S " my way through this one with the ladies at work. "ART" in it's.....Uh... purist form?? Why, this one would probably go for around $50 at the local cake store.

Hey, there's always next V-Day..... right??

Oh Well, I'm off to bed in the hopes this all a bad dream......:(
