"Third Hand" Jig *Pic*

Strips at the stems can get ornery when you have to twist 'em. This quick and dirty jig holds 2 or 3 of them together, and if the last one glued is run wild past the stem the new ones can be pinned to it. This allows both hands for seating the new strips, installing clamps and so forth. The slot has to be a very tight fit for this to work. If the clamping and twisting are done on the wild length past the stem, chances are better of having things line up correctly right at the stem.
