I was wondering if any of you have worked with bubinga.

If so, does it bend easily when cut in strips or does it crack or splinter? Does glue and resin bond to it easily without any special preparations?

Does it look good when it's finished? It's hard to tell what the final color of some woods will look like before their finished with resin and varnish.
