I recently read an article on Baidarkas in April 2000 Scientific American
by George Dyson. I am interested in testing the speed and efficiency
of baidarkas with segmented keels, to see if this aspect of their design
makes them faster for a science project. I would appreciate any information, plans, specific details that might help me in this endeavor. I have
figured out a testing pool and a means of testing but am not sure how
to design the test boats. Thanks.
