layers of glass?

Just finished sanding out my Guillemot. MAN! when I wet out the wood and all the grain in the wood comes to life, that was a moment I won't soon forget. Anyways, I have a question about glassing. I am going to go with the standard 6 oz layup as described in Nicks book. I am also going to use a sealer coat. When I do the areas on the boat that will have more than one layer of glass can I put all the layers down and wet them out at the same time or is it one layer at a time? This forum has been a wealth of information for me and I probably would have made many more mistakes if not for the hours spent lurking and reading everyones posts. I hope paddling is as much fun as building. Cheers Don
