Patch hole/ remove stripped screw

Not to start a foot peg thread, but...how do I remove a stripped screw from a footbrace. And what is best method to patch four holes on side. "Screwed" up and drilled holes long time ago in CLC 17LT. Deck is installed, installed foot brace's today and holes did not match so I drilled holes bigger. Applied lock tite before foot brace in position. Now have 3 stripped screws, 2mm gap around one screw and one screw not fully screwed in. Silicone all over the place, and one screw in at an angle. Oh yea, two coats of polyurethane has been applied yesterday. That paint scratches easy. The paint around the screws is a sad sight. Also how do I remove silicone? and can epoxy be placed on top of where silicone was? I have t-nuts, I have info on the "non hole" method. Must of had a hole in my head when I decided to drill holes. Thanks.
