Non-allergenic Epoxy

To whom it may concern;

Safe-T-Poxy was developed to be a non-allergenic epoxy and was used on many homebuilt aircraft until it was discontinued (for reasons I don't know). It was a dark amber color with excellent physical properties.

In early 1996, Composite Design Co. developed E-Z Poxy to provide a replacement epoxy system for Epolite (Safe-T-Poxy) which is no longer produced by Hexcel.

I have never used E-Z Poxy and I don't know if it has the same non-allergenic properties but if you are concerned about reactions you may want to contact the manufacturer for more detailed information. The following link is a source for E-Z Poxy (not to the MFR) and gives more detailed info regarding just about everything except it's allergenic properties.
