Pinholes in final sanding

I just spent 5 hours today sanding in preparation of clearcoat (and I still have a few couple to go tomorrow.) After washing the boat down, I saw that I had sanded down into some small air bubbles, because dust had accumulated in them and made them white, even as water washed over the top. These bubbles were found in areas where I had feathered thru the sacrificial football-shaped layer on the hull, the stem and stern tape, and the shear.

I recall using a toothbrush on my Tern to take care of some of the dust trapped in these crevices, and I went back to compare and I still seem to have some that show. Does anyone have tips on what to do with these? Is this a common problem or did I screwed up in the epoxying stage? Will the clearcoat soak in and take care of them?

Thanks, Dean
