Okoume vs. other woods

Looking at Boulter's web site, I see they sell the following marine grade plywood:

3 mm Okoume

1/8" Honduras mahogany

1/8" African ribbon stripe mahogany

Is there any significant difference between these woods for boat building? I'm leaning toward the latter two since they're available in 4'x10' sheets. This would eliminate one scarf on a 17' or longer boat (for better aesthetics) and leave enough extra for coaming rings, etc.

I understand that this is thin wood, but I intend to glass it completely, probably with two layers of 3.2 glass per side.
