Work progresses on my Arctic Tern. I've sanded the margins of the but joints for the panels to feather out the epoxy and found (as earlier messages point out) that the plywood is lighter in these lightly sanded areas. What's my best course of action? Sand the exterior of the panels lightly so they will be fairly consistent in color? Don't sand? What about the butt joints that are already glassed over? Will they be darker in color than the rest of the boat? Am I worrying needlessly?
