You're proposing to lay up an entire solid hull with a chop spray? That will give you a very heavy, weak, hull. Not terribly usefull. The strands are too short for much strength, and the gun lays it on resin heavy. That's why good solid hulls of the size you're talking are laid up by hand with mat and roving.
