bow frame problem on Acrtic Tern

Hi, I have a problem. I am in the middle of constructing an Arctic Tern. I was stitching the keel and side panels and at the point of securing the temporary frames. The stern and center frame fit like a glove but the bow frame did not. It is hard to explain but the frame does not follow the angle of the keel to the chine.I remove the frame and measured the length of the side that runs along the keel panel and the panel its self. there is 1/8th inch difference- the frame is that much to long. I called pigmy they are helpful but could not give me detailed measurements until Monday. Either the frame is too long or more likely the keel panel is to short.

Question 1)Does anybody have their bow frame that could measure its length from the keel line to the chine and email me the number?

2)advice to solve problem I've thought of carefully sanding each side to the custum length. would this cause problems latter on?

Thanks for the help. Mark
