Test for form alignment?

I'm building, for the first time, the Spring Run. I've made an external strongback out of 3/4 inch plywood, very strong and very straight. I've cut out the forms and shaped them with a table top belt/disc sander, very pleased with the results. Now I have attached the forms to the strongback by means of risers.

After I attached the forms I ran several string lines. The keel is straight as an arrow, the waterline has a nice smooth curve. But I am very hesitant about starting to strip. I have taken my time up to now and it has paid off with good results, so before I start stripping I want to make sure the forms are aligned.

Are there any other tests, besides string lines, I can do to ensure that the forms are as aligned as possible???

thanks in advance for any advice!
