Hatch cover no longer matches hactch lip

Alright, I recovered from my shear seam mismatch on friday and the boat is now one piece with just the outside of the shear seam left to do. However when I went to put the hatch covers in for a test fit the bow hatch rocks side to side. It appears when I forced the seams together it must have caused the deck to arch up a little. my hatch that was recessed a little for the gasket, now sticks up just shy of 1/8" on each side. I'm thinking of either sanding it down to match or maybe removing the glass on one side, and some how bending it a little and then reglassing. Does anybody have any ideas?
