26/27 years ago while a boy scout we built home made fiberglass kayaks to go down the colorado river in. it was one of the best times in my life. well now i'm the father of twin boys soon to be 12 and i want to share this same experience with them. if any one out there has a set of plans for one of these kayaks please contact me at troutfinatic@yahoo.com. the kayaks were made with materials like 2x2 long runner boards covered with fiberglass material and then covered with the resin. it was a pretty simple design. please help if you can.
