Dear George, I used to run a small bike shop in Northern Ca. When I was renting a bicycle to a fellow he asked about the problems with serrated pedals,,,he explained that he was representing a client with severe legs injuries sustained in a bicycle accident and he was suing the shop, bike manufacturer, municipality in which the accident occured,AND the pedal manufacturer. THE MAN WAS ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS ABOUT THE MORALITY OF HIS POSITION. I kept wondering how many $5/hr rentals it would take to survive his suit.

I am just waiting for the individual to sue some footbrace manufacturer because his pegs came off in the surf and he missed a roll and injured his neck on the beach.

even with serious injuries people have to live with the consquences of their actions, the physician doesn't,the attorney doesn't,and the attorney wins, wins, wins.
