I have decided to build a european style paddle. I am just seeking some last minute advice about the blade offset. I am not a paddler, that's why I'm unsure of this issue. My dominant hand is my right.

If I am looking down the shaft from the end of the right-hand blade, is the left hand blade offset clockwise or counter-clockwise?

Also, is the suggested offset about 60 degrees?
