I waited too long in between coats of epoxy. I sanded the hull and my question is this: I sanded and some areas have that cloudy sanded look and others right next to it do not. Is is neccessary to make the entire surface look cloudy from the sanding.Will steel wool put enough of a scratch in the epoxy for me to apply another coat? Thanks in advance for any advice.
