Not that it's exactly ethical, but post all over Usenet using janiceh@ in the From: and Reply-To: fields, and in the .sig file, that should pretty much do it--the auto-spammers will have a field day!

I'm sure posts in alt.sex would catch the most spam, but it seems like even posting in rec.boats.paddle, rec.boats.building, and rec.crafts.brewing will net you your share of spazm.
