Without getting into the CLC v. Pygmy war, I am trying to decide on my first boat to build. Specifically, I am interested in comments on hard chine construction/performance v. multi-chine. I am considering the Pygmy Arctic Tern v. Coho v. Osprey Std. I have a lot of small boat sailing experience and plan to use the boat mostly along the Connecticut coast. Although I have dreams of expedition touring, realistically my longest trips would be a week. I am 6'0'' - 210 lbs. Any feedback would be appriciated.
