Internal stuff before I install deck?

I'm looking at installing the deck on my CLC Chesapeake 17 next week. I'm wondering what words of wisdom you folks have on what kinds of things I may want to build into my hull before installing the deck.

For example, I'll be prepping the area where my footbraces will go with additional 'glass tape (per CLC instructions). I have also heard of people 'glassing in D rings in their fore and aft cargo areas for securing loads. How about installing a footpump?

I'm basically after any suggestions for things to do before I close up the hull and can't do them anymore.

Thanks in advance, -Roger
