I have never built a kayak before but I am looking for a basic double. I am planning on using it for paddling around at the cottage. It will be used in calm to fast moving water (nothing I haven't been able to paddle upstream alone in my grumman). From what I have read I would like to to with a stitch and Glue (I hope I have the terminalogy correct). The Kayak will be left at the cottage permantly so I am not real concerned with weight. Thanks for any help you can provide.
