i'm surprised that nobody has mentioned it yet, but, you have to cut two of each panel, right? put two sheets of plywood face to face and cut them at the same time. i did this when i built my s&g guillemot and it worked great. what small amount of tearout i got i didn't worry about cause i was putting a fillet over the joint anyways. i used a 17 tpi metal cutting blade. concentrate. go slow. cut just shy of the line and use a block plane to fair to the line, both panels at the same time. did i mention go slow?
