Other: Epifanes Wipe-On Application

Has anyone tried applying Epifanes using the paper towel technique? If so, any recommendation on how much to thin it? Epifanes is one of the thickest varnishes I've used, and I'm concerned I might have to thin it too much to apply it this way. But I'm interested in giving it a try and wondering if anyone has done it successfully.
