The manual is vague. It's a decent manual but there are some missing points. For example the manual does not say anything about a fill coat for the inside. I e-mailed Pygmy and they said YES I should do a fill coat. They said they will update the manual for future builders.

Went to a marine store and bought 1/2 gallon of Epoxy, primer, red and white polyeurethane color and WoodPro satin finish.
