Like Spidey, I use a digital scale. I also use Raka and I do not want to comment on other brands. The Raka hardener and resin density is pretty darn close. I test it with a volumatric flask to 200ml and 500ml twice each, The difference is less than 4%. The pump I bought from Tap Plastic gave me an error rate of over 7%, and that is with very slow and careful pumping.
My conclsion is digital scale is by far the most accurate way to go, but test your brand first. Some brands may be different in density.
