Bungee diameter

Hi everyone,

I am debating, which diameter bungees I should use for the deck. I see commonly 3/16 and 1/4". I am leaning towards 3/16 for all of them, but I am not certain for the bungee X being the cockpit. It seems that some go to 1/4 for more holding power to facilitate wet reentry.

Any thoughts?
