Epoxy question --- little kayak content

Let's say somebody bought this, er, white plastic "kayak" in the home and garden section at K-Mart, and then loaned it to me for a picnic --- a kayak picnic --- and I broke off a corner in transporting it home in the trunk --- I mean, on the roof rack. What's a good way to glue the corner of the "kayak" back on? Would epoxy work on smooth, inexpensive white plastic? Probably want to leave out the wheat flour, huh?
