Strips pulling out...

The post below made me think I could get some help here with my problem. No matter how hard I have tried, a few strips have pulled away from the form (maybe elves come in after I head upstairs?). Anyway, I've used small brads to get them back in, and continued stripping.
Any suggestions on how to keep the side of the boat in contact with the forms until the outer hull epoxy/glass has cured? Will that be enough to I don't have to use a strap to pull the sides together when I glass the inside?
