Mike , what do you think about 3 sheets of 1/4" and one 3/8" for a kind of pirough/dory for two rowers? 3/8" for the bottom split and scarfed for a 2'x16' piece. two 1/4" sheets cut the same but the ends angled so that when they are zip tied together and spread apart the bottom rockers out for the bottom to be traced upon,epoxy and 2x4 stem screwed with deck screws. Misc. pieces for chine logs and careful use of two tubes of 5200 or cheaper equivalent. It would be tippy but fast.
