How do you cut Kevlar ?

I bought some kevlar to do some reinforcing but have not been able to cleanly cut the stuff. It is 5 oz. woven fabric. I have tried a few pair of sharp scissors,a new razor knife [utility knife] , and the fiberglass pizza cutter. The results were poor with frayed edges and pulls in the fabric. The pizza style cutter didn't even begin to cut it.
What is the best method to do this,I'm trying to cut strips.
