Glassing problem

I'm a first time builder (Osprey triple) and after applying the second coat of epoxy over the fiberglass on the hull, I noticed 'white'lines along some seams that are filled with bubbles. I have two lines and a couple of 'white' spots near the bow and stern. Does anyone know how to get rid of the lines and spots? Is this a cosmetic problem that I should ignore or is it something more serious? I'm about to apply the third light coat of epoxy. Any advice/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
