Make Your Own Drytop

4th in the series from the madman turned loose with a digital camera:
Do-it-yourself Drytops!
Disclaimer: Not recommended for sewing newbies. Sewing is not easy to just pick up and do. If you've never sewed before, don't pick out a drytop as your first project. Building a kayak is easier than sewing. If you can sew, seal all seams very well, or the drytop will just be a fancy paddling jacket with latex cuffs.
I'm not boasting about my sewing skills; my mother was a home economics teacher, and I started sewing at age 4 or 5. I messed up a lot in the intervening 20 years. Kids at school made fun of me for being a boy who could sew. I guess I showed them now! or not...
