So I see yer waste system and I see your seat mold and I sez to myself - why not make 2 seats - an extra tiny 2 layer one w/ a 6" diam hole in the bottom to fit over the waste pipe. So at least you are comfortable at those times. It stores snugly under the real seat.
And I know this wouldn't work and the seats too low and leaks would cause problems and it maybe wouldn't be nice but if you enclosed the seat you are making would you be coming close to making a porta potti? I know its stupid and the wetsuit would be a problem but think about all those long open water trips that could be attempted in comfort.
