Large Kayaker Needs A Design

My buddy and I are building a Guillemot for me but he weighs 300 lbs and the Guillemot won't do. The Great Auk has a larger cockpit but it doesn't have the sleek lines that the Guillemot has. Is there a way to modify the design to fit him or is there a design out there for a big guy??

Are there any web sites with the offset tables for other designs. I have a CAD program so drawing the templates is no big deal. I hate to pay $100 for simple plans.
