Yep. You can either do a simple scaling by decreasing the form spacing by 0.75" which would give you a 17'-10" boat, or you could scale as described in the back of Nick's book, which decreases the ends more than the middle, to keep volume more constant.

I'm planning to stretch a Guillemot to 18' (as that's all the storage space I have)
