I recently found some 3M 5200 Marine Adhesive at the Colerain Rd. WalMart (around $5 a tube). I found the 3" minicell at D&D Outfitters (Dave) at 1825 W. Galbraith Rd. (just west of Hamilton Rd., 521-5921). Ask Dave for anything he doesn't carry in stock and he'll order it. His store hours are odd though as he takes time out for actually doing the outdoor activities that he peddles supplies for.
