hey pete, when I made my glass seat for my mariner 3yrs ago I convinced my brother to do the same to take care of his numb legs in his Max. so,, TAP plastics had some kevlar/carbon cloth for ONLY $41/yd. With 1/2 yd and a small amount of misc glass for the hanging hip part he made the coolest,lightest, coziest seat around. One of the important things to do is to make sure to support the seat well on the sides and bottom with minicell. Yellow/black checkered seat.
